Sub’s jump rope for DU’s, everything else Rx. 25:31 (3 min faster then last time) Hit burpees at 17:30 then fell victim to them.

24:58, sub’d 30″ box jumps, 40lb dumbbell swing, 45lb bar good mornings, 45lb bar thrusters. Burpees killed my time. This put more of hurt on me than I remember. I’m going to look up my past times.
